Back on November 18th, Miley and friends celebrated her 17th birthday in a surprise 80s themed party in New York City's Canal Room. Miley dressed as Julia Roberts character Vivian from Pretty Women. Here are some pics above including some of her cake made by Buddy Valastro. Miley also had a surprise 80s themed birthday party back in 2007 in Nashville.
