According to @miaturner: We sat out there for another three hours [Waiting to get into the Sonny With A Chance taping]. During that time, the nice security ladies bought us pizza. We also got to see Joe Jonas roll in :) He waved, but he wouldn't come over, probably from fear of being mobbed, despite us being behind the gate :P ..So, finally the lights dimmed and filming started.
Demi and Doug did their bits and then the guest star comes in. They kept getting stuck and had to start over. At one take, when he came in, everyone started screaming and I couldn't figure out why!! That's when I realized that it was Joe Jonas, dressed as the actor that was playing Grady's brother :)
I'm FAIRLY certain that no one knew he was coming, as Demi's eyes lit up and she looked REALLY surprised :) She smiled really big and started laughing. Joe smiled and came over and hugged her and then hugged Doug. He said a few words to Doug that we couldn't hear, waved to the crowd, and then left. It was short, but sweet :) Thx AJ!
