LA restaurant parking attendant claims that Miley Cyrus hit his parked car. TMZspoke to his attorney who said Miley claimed the white Mercedes-Benz she was driving belonged to her BF, but it's registered to Mommy Tish.
Fiore said that Miley left her phone number with the parking attendant, whose '91 Camry was totaled according to Fiore, and then sped off. The attendant didn't file a police report at the time, but his lawyer said he plans to do so today. Police said it's not a hit and run because she left contact info with the alleged victim.
