Justin Bieber is the only Teen Vogue cover person in history to not attend their yearly magazine celebration. The event organizer told E! Online the night before: 'If he doesn't come, it will be the first time a cover person doesn't in party history'.
Justin's publicist said he was on a flight back from South Africa form vacation with his family, not a business trip or a tour stop. Justin landed in South Africa Sept. 22, but did make it home in time to attend his musical director's wedding.
