Miley Cyrus DESIGNATED DRIVER

Perfect Miley Ray Cyrus, an idol & role model to all teen girls everywhere, was designated driver while out dinner at swanky Beverly Hills restaurant, Mr. Chow, Oct. 4 with her hot and older girlfriends. A source told Hollywood Life:

'Miley wasn’t drinking and didn’t have any alcohol on the table, which was good because she was driving as well. The girls shared food buffet style, ranging from different rices, fish and mixed veggies. They didn’t have any dessert.

They were in a separate room that couldn’t be seen from any other diners. They were talking a mile a minute about Halloween plans and they were all over their cell phones texting, just having the best time.'
