David Archuleta had been dropped by Jive Records, a Jive spokesperson toldThe Hollywood Reporter that 'David was released from our roster.' David's latest album 'The Other Side of Down' failed to gain traction at radio or on the charts, where it's sold just over 63,000 copies. His debut album sold nearly a million copies. Sad, but will surely find a new deal soon!
