Justin Bieber recently sent out invitations to his 16th birthday party on March 1 in Los Angeles. The party will have sports such as paintball, basketball, sumo wrestling, laser tag, etc. However, kids are not allowed to go unless their parents sign a waiver that states, 'I fully understand my/minor's participation may involve risk or serious injury or death.'
