Miley Cyrus smoking out of a bong. According to TMZ, Miley celebrated her 18th birthday by smoking a bong at a party at her home 5 days after her 18th birthday. The bong was filled with the natural herb salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California. The video was shot by one of Miley's friends, someone stole or copied the video from that friend's camera.

'Demi Lovato is not in treatment for drug or alcohol addiction. As we have said since she entered treatment last week, Demi decided to seek help for emotional and physical issues she has battled throughout her life. She has taken this step in order to get her life in order. While we know many are interested in Demi and her life, we do ask for a modicum of privacy during this difficult time.' E! also revealed that Demi is not pregnant. NO JEMI BABY!
